We recommend that you contact us, and we can give you a property (or management company wide) price list for your units.
We are only allowed by our workers comensation insurance carrier to do "incidental" exterior work. This might include painting a deck, handrail or exterior door on a unit.
We previously had "one number does it all", but soon it became too busy for our phone system. We decided to split the painting and the cleaning into different departments in order to streamline our calls. We want our customers to get right through to the person they want to talk too.
